Our proposed technical solution is tailored to the customer's requirements and is structured in a number of stages:
- briefing with the customer to define the existing conditions, objectives to be achieved and customer requirements;
- site inspection;
- drawing up the proposed technical solution comprising specification clauses, technical details for construction, and approximate quote;
- compiling a list of specialist firms/applicators;
- support during the various stages of installation with periodic inspections on-site;
- identifying test and inspection systems;
- maintenance plan.
We have always invested in training with a view to creating and promoting a widespread waterproofing culture, as well as introducing people to our new products and new technologies.
Conventions, technical seminars, training for fitters and supply merchants, open days: we support professionals wanting to broaden their knowledge of waterproofing through a wide range of courses.
